Construction Laborer
Liberty Hill Construction is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer. This position is part-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to follow instructions, and work independently.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Participate in demolition and removal of debris of a project
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites
- Perform manual labor during construction phase including but not limited to digging trenches, mixing and pouring concrete, cutting and installing insulation or any other task assigned
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Assist Lead Carpenter(s) with measuring and cutting materials for projects
- Provide assistance and support to the in-house labor team and trade partners
- Help assemble structures and perform general carpentry duties
- Willingness to seek additional responsibility and guidance from other Liberty Hill Construction team members to enhance existing skills or learn new skills that will assist potential advancement within the company
- Provide support in carrying out the responsibilities other tasks that may fall outside of their regular job duties when needed

Pay:
- $22-$26 per hour
Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience helpful, but not required
- Required to stand for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 50lbs and work at heights as needed by project demands
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a strong willingness to learn
- Must be dependable, reliable and drug-free
License/Certifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
