We seek a dedicated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The Community Manager will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy rates through effective marketing strategies and exceptional resident services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the community, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce community policies, including Fair Housing regulations.
- Oversee maintenance and facilities management to ensure the property is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new residents.
- Foster positive relationships with residents through effective communication and customer service.
- Utilize property management software such as Rent Manager to track resident information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas for improvement or maintenance needs.
- Develop and Maintain to achieve occupancy goals and manage lease renewals.
- Maintain accurate records related to financial performance, resident communications, and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations requirements.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Familiarity with sales techniques to effectively market available units.
- Experience with facilities management to ensure the property is safe and well-maintained.
- Proficient in using property management software, preferably Rent Manager.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and in English and in Spanish to interact professionally with residents, staff, and vendors.
- A thorough understanding of relevant laws of property management.
