The Phlebotomist will be responsible for performing blood collection procedures and clerical duties in the Department, including daily computer operations, charting of results, answering telephone calls, and maintaining inventory of in-stock supplies.
They will also assist with processing send-out tests and pathology specimens. The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and previous experience in laboratory, phlebotomy, or direct patient care.
Nationally recognized phlebotomy certifications are preferred.
