What are the responsibilities and job description for the Distribution Tech Team Lead position at Liberty Hospital?
SUMMARY: The Distribution Tech Team Lead will work closely with the management team in overseeing the daily effective operations of the Distribution Department. This individual will be responsible for monitoring work quality, productivity metrics and coordinate training as needed. The Lead will serve as the first line of escalation and resource for staff questions on workflows and processes.
Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience: Minimum two (2) years' Healthcare Distribution experience
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: None
Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certified Materials Resource Professional (CMRP)
