SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating the operation of a 24-hour unit. Oversees the delivery of professional nursing services which will address the physical, psycho-social, spiritual, cultural, developmental, and age-appropriate needs for each individual patient/family.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Required Experience: Minimum three (3) years' clinical nursing experience; advanced training and experience in specialty
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility to work in the state of MO; BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Preferred Education/Training: Master of Science in Nursing or related field
Preferred Experience: Recent management experience
Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN); Certified Ambulatory Perianesthsia Nurse (CAPA); Critical Care Nurse Certification (CCRN); Nursing Administration (CNA); ACLS
