What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Support Analyst position at Liberty Hospital?
SUMMARY: Supports the Director and overall operations of Revenue Cycle with the creation, measurement, and analysis of dashboard/metrics used to better manage the departments within Revenue Cycle. Supports the Revenue Cycle with analytics, as needed, to help identify areas of revenue and cash improvement. Builds and manages customized reporting to support Revenue Cycle and organizational initiatives. Establishes and maintains proficiency in all platform tools needed to provide analytical support to the department and organization. Serves as the analytics expert for Revenue Cycle.
Required Education/Training: Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration or related field
Required Experience: Minimum two (3) years recent hospital or healthcare accounting experience; familiarity with Windows and Excel software packages; exposure to hospital patient accounting operations
