Key Responsibilities
- Accurately manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing aircraft parts and supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure all items are accounted for and properly documented.
- Coordinate with maintenance and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required parts for aircraft maintenance and repairs.
- Utilize inventory management software to track parts usage, reorder points, and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies regarding parts handling and documentation.
- Assist in developing and improving inventory management procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in aviation management or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in aviation parts inventory management or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and standards pertaining to aircraft parts and inventory management is a benefit..
- Proficient in using inventory management / work order software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
