We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and resourceful individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to handle diverse tasks with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Team Communication: Manage all types of phone calls and email correspondence with intelligence, professionalism, and respect.
- Calendar Management: Schedule, reschedule, and organize business and personal appointments seamlessly. Set reminders and ensure both daily and long-term calendar entries are meticulously maintained.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare conference rooms for client meetings, including ordering and coordinating catering as needed. Handle setup and cleanup efficiently.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel for both personal and business needs, including flights, accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, and special requests. Prior experience as a seasoned traveler is a plus.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Quickly learn new tasks, make sound decisions under pressure, and respond well to constructive feedback.
- Event Planning and Miscellaneous Tasks: Manage tasks ranging from simple errands, to coordinating complex events and outings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
