Looking for another Great Team Member to add to our Growing Dental Practice! We are looking for an Experienced full-time Patient Coordinator for a busy private dental practice. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care. We are looking for someone with initiative, confidence, the ability to communicate and who works well in a busy practice and is comfortable with growth!
Must demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to converse with patients and provide that great impression! A proven ability to run a schedule and must be able to Present and Schedule treatment and talk about Insurance and Finances with patients when needed. All candidates must be comfortable with using a computer for nearly all daily tasks and should enjoy greeting patients as they arrive for their visits and help conclude each visit by checking patients out at the end of their appointments.
Must be willing to be cross-trained on all aspects of the front desk. Spectacular phone skills a must!

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sitting 80%.
- Standing/walking 20%.
- Moderate noise levels from dental and other lab equipment.
- Medical, office, and lab setting.
- Minimum moving requirements of 35 pounds in order to accept equipment deliveries and pack and unpack office supplies.
- Frequent client and interoffice personnel interaction as this position meets and greets patients and is heavily dependent on excellent customer interaction.
- Hearing – Must be able to hear telephonic equipment and comfortably communicate with patients and others by telephone and in person.
- Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) as required for business software, and operating office machines.
- Exceptional hand dexterity and typing skills to work with standard software programs provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
