Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader FB

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Crew Leader are:

• Mow lawns
• Install mulch, plants, sod, stone and dirt
• Trim and shape hedges
• Trim trees and load brush to trailer or truck
• Load and unload trash/debris to trailer or truck
• Load and unload fence materials to trailer or truck
• Install trees at proper depth; stake trees; mulch trees; install water bags.
• Load all equipment for the day’s maintenance locations.
• Keeping the trucks stocked, cleaned and maintained on a daily basis.
• Be ready and able to assist in any special projects that may arise on the yard and in the field.
• Lead a team of Maintenance Crew Members.
• Inspect jobs for quality and increase team efficiency.
• Utilize industry experience to ensure a great customer experience.

There are not many emergencies in this business so many situations need to be dealt with reasonably until they can be discussed with ownership and a permanent solution can be established. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
