Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting in restocking as needed.
- Handle order fulfillment, ensuring that customer orders are processed correctly and promptly.
- Provide support in sales management by promoting current promotions or loyalty programs.
- Utilize strong math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
- Assist with training new staff members on front-end procedures and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong inventory control skills to effectively manage stock levels.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments while delivering excellent service.
- Strong organizational skills to keep the front end running smoothly.
