Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape and Hardscape Supervisor to help lead our landscape and hardscape team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and hardsacpe installation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape/hardscape management, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team while ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a blend of leadership skills, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in various landscaping/hardsacpe tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping/hardscape operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Lead a team of landscape/hardscape technicians, providing training and guidance in best practices for landscape maintenance and installation.
- Build projects ensuring aesthetic appeal and adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field with a focus on supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
