Liberty Leaf NY is a well-established licensed cannabis company that takes pride in providing high-quality products to our customers. We manufacture well known brands such as To The Moon and Flav. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the cannabis industry and wants to represent our brand at in-store demos, events, and dispensaries.
Job Description: As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting and demonstrating our products to create public interest and drive sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate and explain products to persuade customers to purchase products and use services.
- Explain technical product information to customers.
- Provide product samples, coupons, informational brochures, or other incentives to persuade people to buy products.
- Maintain records of sales and/or other business transactions.
- Place reorders for accounts.
- Set up and arrange displays or demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
- Transport, assemble, and disassemble materials used in presentations.
- Set up merchandise displays.
- Attend dispensary and Cannabis Industry events.
- Train budtenders on new products.
- Travel and visit all dispensaries in your region.
About You: We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Highly analytical and strategic thinker.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Clean driving record.
- 21 years old and over.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in the Cannabis industry is highly preferred.
- Previous Brand Ambassador experience is highly preferred.
- CRM software experience is a plus.
- Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands:
- Be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Use hand dexterity for extended periods.
- Be able to squat, kneel, twist, and bend.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
