Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and optimizing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data visualization and warehouse management systems, with a focus on improving efficiency and accuracy in inventory processes.
Duties
- Daily stocking of parts up to 75lbs
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Doing monthly and yearly Cycle Counts
- Forecasting weekly, monthly and quarterly parts orders
- Transfers from other shops, including logistics
- Running a front-end loader, forklift and overhead shop crane to unload inventory
Experience
- Proven experience in inventory control or a related field, preferably within a warehouse or retail environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and materials handling practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Microsoft Exel Experience
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- Rod Pump experience is preferred. If no experience, expect to work in the shop for a period of time to understand our process.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
