What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pumping Unit Field Service Technician position at Liberty Lift Solutions?
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Service Technician will install and service beam pumping units.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with basic hand tools on daily basis
- Work outside on a daily basis for long hours, in extreme weather elements (extreme hot and extreme cold)
- Install, repair and maintain the operating condition of pumping units
- Maintain and perform safety inspections on equipment and tools.
- Repair or maintain the operating condition of pumping units
- Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs
- Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs
- Properly rig materials to be lifted
- Complete all required field paperwork for job location and DOT
- Understand and follow all Liberty Lift Standard Operating Procedures. Lock-out/Tag-out procedure
- Drive company trucks to and from job sites
- Maintain proper housekeeping of vehicles and job locations
- Assist in responsibility for the safety and welfare of the job site including fellow team members, customers and third party vendor
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years of experience servicing and maintaining pumping units.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 75 per week
