Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Location: In-person
Schedule: 5 days a week, weekends as needed

Overview:
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our financial service center. This role will assist in managing the branch's functions, including lending, loan servicing, collections, and providing excellent customer service. The Assistant Store Manager will help lead a team, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the branch's overall success by maintaining efficient operations and fostering positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Branch Operations: Support the overall operations of the branch, including lending, collections, and office management tasks.
- Customer Service Support: Ensure a high level of customer service by assisting customers with product and service information, loan inquiries, and resolving any concerns.
- Loan Processing and Servicing: Help with loan approvals, process loans, ensure timely loan servicing, and assist with collections efforts to reduce delinquency.
- Team Support and Development: Assist in training and supervising office staff, ensuring they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Compliance Oversight: Help ensure adherence to state and federal lending regulations and company policies, maintaining branch compliance.
- Marketing and Customer Relationship: Assist in soliciting new or renewed business from current and potential customers to drive branch growth.
- Financial Management Support: Assist in managing cash drawer accuracy, payment processing, and reporting branch figures to corporate.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in financial services, lending, or retail management is preferred.
- Ability to handle cash transactions, payment processing, and financial reports accurately.
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations is beneficial.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a retail or financial services environment, with a focus on customer service, lending, or office management.
- Experience with loan processing, cash handling, and customer service in a financial setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and assist in managing branch operations efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and manage branch tasks with minimal supervision.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet branch needs.
