Job Title: Regional Manager
Location: Alabama
Schedule: Hybrid Schedule, 50% - 75% travel, weekly schedule dependent on stores within Region’s need
Classification: Salary, Exempt

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to assess business operations within their assigned region. They coordinate, mentor, motivate and support multiple store front locations. As a Regional Manager your main duty is to develop your team by prioritizing daily and weekly tasks and training within their area to ensure Monthly and Weekly goals are met. They also include evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor store staff and managers to ensure high quality performance across your region.
- Lead teamwork across the region to reach financial and loan targets
- Review store’s daily, weekly and monthly performance for compliance and operational success
- Recruit and train highly qualified and reliable staff for store front locations.
- Plan, evaluate and optimize operations within the region to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Ensure company standards and procedures are followed
- Handle and resolve escalated customer issues, and incident reports.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
Required:
- 3 years of experience in a multi-site operational management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational goals and performance metrics
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Exceptional written communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organization and leadership abilities.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and P&L management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Sound understanding of optimization of store operational and standards for success
Core Competencies:
- A successful Regional Manager needs a blend of hard and soft skills, including leadership, communication, strategic planning, financial analysis and problem solving.
- They must be able to build and motivate teams, communicate effectively across various levels and analyze data to derive business growth.
