Mazda F&I Manager Position - $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year
Liberty Mazda is looking for an experienced Finance and Insurance manager to add to our business management team!
We are a family-owned Metro- Market Mazda dealership located just North of Boston in Wakefield MA with years of loyal, local & repeat relationship!
Our sales managers have been with us for years, the same with our office support staff.
Mazda was the fastest growing brand in 2024, and we expect the same growth this year!
We are adding staff due to volume increases and as such we’re looking to fill this position with an experienced finance manager who lives within a reasonable distance of Wakefield MA.

Job Requirements:
· Must have auto dealership experience in Finance Manager role.
· Must have industry references.
· Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
· Automotive-specific computer knowledge preferred (Reynolds, Route One, CVR etc.)
· Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
· Must possess the ability to “close".
· Professional Appearance.
· Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
· Proven track record, strong penetration levels.
· Ability to support a menu-driven F&I sales process.
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
· Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
· Must possess and demonstrate personal & professional integrity.
· Desire for long-term employment
