What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver (Night Shift/Part Time) position at Liberty Medical Specialties?
Liberty Medical Specialties, a leading provider of home medical equipment, supplies and services, is looking for a Part Time/Night Shift DELIVERY DRIVER in WHITEVILLE, NC!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drives company vehicle to deliver pharmaceuticals and/or medical supplies to nursing facilities.
- Collects necessary paperwork and records transactions on customer receipt
- Records delivery information on daily log
- Places stock on shelves/racks
- Loads delivery vehicle
- Cleans inside delivery vehicle and complies with policies regarding maintenance of company vehicle
**Due to the physical nature of this position, must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, as well as the ability to stand and drive for long periods of time.**
Other MUST HAVES:
- At Least 21 Years of Age or Older
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma
- Must Pass Drug Screening
- Clean Driving Record
- Be dependable in attendance and work with limited or no supervision once duties are assigned.
PART - TIME
Hourly Wage (29 hours per week)
Shifts start at 6:00PM
Some experience dealing with patients, privacy and healthcare protocol preferred.
