ABOUT THIS JOB
Our Senior Customer Service Rep - Move Coordinator is a vital part of our business, supporting our clients around the world by overseeing the entire moving and shipping process. You ensure household goods are properly moved, shipped, and invoiced while providing price quotes and completing accurate data entry. As the point of contact for multinational clients, staff, and partners, you keep all parties updated on the move's progress and ensure they receive the proper documentation. If any issues arise, you promptly address the problem and resolve any complaints, collaborating with management or other departments as needed.
You're not just focused on the day-to-day; you also want to help us improve! Thinking strategically, you ask questions about our processes and analyze systems to identify areas for improvement. You also foster relationships with other departments and third parties, strengthening our business connections and building partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors. As you transition into a supervisory role, your focus shifts to managing your team while coordinating a lower percentage of moves. Your dedication and expertise elevate the client experience and drive customer satisfaction!

SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - MOVE COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS
