Join one of the fastest growing and most innovative areas of US Retail Markets (USRM) in Agency Distribution Solutions (ADS). We are hiring an Analyst, Advanced Analytics, on the Agency Insights team. As we grow and scale the Comparion and Direct Choice channels, we are constantly solving challenging problems, building foundational capabilities, and driving new initiatives to push our agencies to new heights. With a startup-like culture, you will be tasked with developing rigorous analytical insights to optimize various high priority initiatives and programs.
This position is focused on supporting analytics that drive strategic initiatives for the organization; understanding the current state of a growing business and making data-driven recommendations on how to improve our programs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners across departments, present findings, and utilize the power of data to help inform the future direction of multiple channels while ensuring a closed-loop feedback process.
Ideal candidates will have natural curiosity and seek to find answers to complex questions and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Supports program performance and optimization for our channels and products (Comparion, DRC Choice, Digital Choice), including monitoring results, conducting deep dive analysis, and providing recommendations to maximize monetization.
- Analyzes and reports on Comparion’s lead buying initiatives and makes recommendations for optimizing programs
- Evaluates Comparion programs to recommend improvements to both functionality and economics
- Owns modeling and updating various optimization analyses including Lifetime Value models by channel and product to understand underlying economics, helping drive program direction and improvements
- Supports multiple projects, while providing technical and analytical assessments of challenges facing the business.
- Presents findings / recommendations which impact profitability, growth, and/or customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2-4 years of experience, or Master's Degree with no professional experience, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (SAS, Emblem).
- Must have good planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data sources, tools and common statistical principals.
- Understanding of intricacies of business supported is helpful.
- Understands how actions tie to systems capabilities and flow through to our financials/business drivers.
- Ability to learn how to build simple tools and queries for others to use.
