Description
Liberty Mutual Insurance has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our team and provide legal support to attorneys and professionals on litigation, corporate or business matters.
This role is within Enterprise Legal Centralized Subpoena Unit.
Responsibilities :
- Provide legal support to attorneys and professionals on litigation, corporate or business matters, with moderate supervision.
- Support internal and external business process efforts, assisting attorneys and clients.
- Develop a working knowledge of company resources sufficient to facilitate document management, respond to requests and inquiries, and interact with clients and policyholders.
- Conduct basic legal and factual research.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, analyzing facts and recognizing legal and business issues.
- Effectively manage deadlines.
- Review file material to prepare non-party discovery responses.
Note : The work arrangement for this position will be remote; however, residing in Indianapolis or Carmel, IN, is a plus. Please note that this policy is subject to change.
