Job Description
This position is not 100% remote, with a minimum requirement of 2 days per month in office. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Marlton, NJ. All interviews will take place in person. This role offers opportunities for growth and development, with promotions available between 6 to 12 months.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent oral, written, decision-making, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Strong typing and multi-tasking capabilities are also required, as well as a general understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders. A college degree is preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge is ideal.
