Claims Resolution Specialist

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Liberty Mutual. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage, investigate, and resolve claims within prescribed authority levels
• Identify potential suspicious claims and refer to SIU
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and conferences
• Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants

**Requirements:**

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and investigative skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Competency of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage, and State Tort Law
