Job Description
This role is part of our Gold team, which plays an essential role in delivering #peaceofmind to our customers and agents. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for helping customers navigate their insurance policies and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data, and meet individual goals on call quality, handle time, lead transfer ratio, adherence, first call resolution, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Help customers understand and navigate their insurance policies
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via phone
- Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data
Requirements
- Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 6 months related work experience (customer service experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
