Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Management Leader to own and manage a subregion geographic territory and team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving profit and growth goals, providing leadership, development, and coaching to the Territory Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of insurance products, services, and agency programs to drive profitable premium growth.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to manage state regulatory, judicial, and CAT complexities.
- Develop strategies to optimize agency footprint, including agency plant expansion, engagement, and terminations.
- Lead Senior Territory Manager team to drive end-to-end management of small commercial flow and Custom sized accounts.
- Maintain local legislative awareness and stay up-to-date on key and current judicial rulings, legal issues, and lobbying efforts.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent training.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively more responsible work experience in a field distribution environment.
- Proven success in building internal and external partnerships, improving team and individual performance.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen, understanding of agency business, and solid track record of achieving results.
