Our client is an industry leader that is growing rapidly. They are seeking a Vice President of Financial Systems that has a strong background in D365 F&O.

The Role

As a key leader in Corporate Finance, this position drives financial process improvements, controls, and system adoption. The role requires strong leadership, change management, and finance expertise to enhance global financial operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead ERP (D365 F&O) and system maintenance, including master data, configuration, and security.


• Advance cost accounting processes for better financial controls and analytics.


• Ensure rapid ERP setup and testing for new locations.


• Oversee ERP support and optimize ticket resolution.


• Manage team size and staffing strategy to meet delivery goals.


• Lead finance transformation efforts, ensuring ERP alignment with strategic objectives.


• Identify and implement process automation within finance operations.


• Drive operational efficiencies through automation and systems integration.


• Support global training and upskilling initiatives.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and issue resolution within company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (D365 F&O preferred) and BI tools.


• Strong accounting knowledge, including cost accounting, inventory, and internal controls.


• Expertise in financial data migration for implementations or transformations.


• Ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience).


• Proven project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.


• Strategic thinker with execution capability.


• Experience in a private equity-owned company.

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of hospitality or entertainment industries


• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Power Platform, and systems integrations.


• Experience with PowerBI, warehouse analytics, AI, and GenAI.
