**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience (10-15 years) in application development and system architecture.
- Proficiency with WordPress/Drupal CMS, including custom PHP development.
- Strong command of front-end technologies: JavaScript (MEAN & MERN stack), HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure and system administration (AWS, Linux).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Expertise in web application security and addressing security vulnerabilities.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to mentor team members.
