**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor s degree in analytical or quantitative disciplines, HR, MIS, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HRIS and Workday experience in a professional services industry.
- Proficient in Workday integrations and reporting tools like Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and BIRT.
- Experience with PECI integration and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, data management, and interpretation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to critically think and troubleshoot system issues independently and collaboratively.
