**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in building automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or five years of industry experience.
• Exceptional electrical and mechanical understanding.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Competence in MS Office, Windows, and VISIO. Familiarity with TCP/IP and web navigation is advantageous.
• Must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Creativity and innovation in problem-solving and process improvement.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
