**Qualifications Needed:**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Building Automation Technician.
- Certified expertise in Tridium AX or N4, with a strong command of Workbench programming software.
- Proficient in BacNet and LON protocols; foundational Ethernet configuration skills are a plus.
- Experience with HVAC programming software for Siemens, Honeywell, JCI, or Schneider Electric.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for maintaining robust client relationships.
- Ability to perform system integrations with third-party legacy systems using industry-standard protocols.
- Comfortable working independently, with established competencies in diagnostic equipment like multimeters.
- Must have a valid driver's license, pass security clearances, and a drug screening process.
- Technologically adept with a solid foundation in IT and various operating systems.
