Overview : We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented professional to lead business development initiatives for our construction services across a multi-state central region, including key markets in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama. This role focuses on expanding operations in construction materials testing and special inspection services while driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities :
Develop and manage construction materials testing and inspection operations in designated regional markets.
Achieve revenue targets and profit margins through effective planning and execution.
Identify opportunities for growth and secure new business across diverse client sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client-focused service delivery.
Cultivate strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Demonstrate unwavering commitment to integrity, proactive planning, and organizational excellence.
Qualifications :
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including materials testing and special inspection services.
Background in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or construction-related fields is highly desirable.
Proven ability to develop and implement client acquisition strategies.
