Corporate Associate - New York, NY

Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Assist in the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on corporate law matters and industry trends.
- Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory agencies, including SEC filings.
- Assist clients with corporate governance issues, including board and shareholder matters.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to deliver timely and effective legal solutions to clients.
- Support due diligence processes for transactions, including document review and analysis.
Qualifications
Compensation
200,000 - 270,000 bonuses
