This is role is with a rapidly growing firm in the Centennial, CO area.

Qualified candidates will have experience with most of the following:

• Combining or acquiring companies.
• Establishing new businesses.
• Organizing a company's legal and operational framework.
• Creating and reviewing documents like operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and contracts.
• Buying or selling ownership shares in a company.
• Implementing policies and practices to ensure ethical and responsible management.
• Creating and reviewing agreements between parties.
