****Hybrid - 3 days onsite****

I am seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Technology & Collaboration to lead the efforts in building and maintaining a cutting-edge, collaborative, and secure technology environment. This role is critical to the continued growth and success, requiring a leader who can blend technical expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for driving organizational efficiency. You will be responsible for shaping the technology roadmap, empowering the employees through innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across the systems.

Responsibilities:

• Modern Workplace Management: Oversee the implementation and management of our modern workplace technologies, including automated device setup (Autopilot, Intune Integration, Modern Device Management), ensuring a seamless and productive experience for our employees.
• Microsoft 365 Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite (O365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) to optimize collaboration, communication, and productivity across the organization.
• Virtual & Hybrid Collaboration: Champion and enhance our virtual and hybrid collaboration capabilities, managing and supporting platforms like Teams Rooms, Owl, and Cisco Poly to facilitate seamless communication and connection.
• Cloud Infrastructure & Security: Manage our cloud presence, including Azure infrastructure, security, and Identity and Access Management (IAM), ensuring a secure and scalable environment.
• System Integration & Migrations: Lead domain and email migrations, including M&A system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Budget & P&L Management: Manage the technology budget, including P&L responsibilities and contract management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Driving Organizational Efficiency: Identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Vision & Influence: Develop and articulate a clear technology vision, influencing stakeholders and driving adoption of new technologies and best practices.
• Adaptability & Innovation: Demonstrate adaptability to new situations, people, and technologies, while challenging the status quo and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role managing technology and collaboration solutions.
• Deep understanding of modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and collaboration platforms.
• Experience with automated device setup and management.
• Strong cloud infrastructure and security knowledge.
• Experience with system integrations and migrations.
• Budget and P&L management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive organizational efficiency and influence stakeholders.
