**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited program
• Professional Engineer registration
• 5 years of hydraulic design experience
• Proficient in software such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HY-8, and XP SWMM
• Experience with MicroStation preferred; also familiar with AutoCAD
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
