**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with Sales and Engineering to manage comprehensive project plans.
- Tailor project schedules considering procurement lead times, equipment availability, and permitting requirements.
- Navigate and manage the permitting process, ensuring all inspections are secured and projects are closed out successfully.
- Develop detailed construction schedules, coordinating key dates and ensuring tasks align with project goals.
- Communicate effectively with Account Managers, identifying potential project risks to maintain budget and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize processes to streamline operations and minimize expenses.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure readiness, schedule adherence, and site cleanliness.
- Manage rentals and procurements, and oversee a team of 10-15 electricians.
- Document site visits, procurements, and subcontracting within construction management software.
- Proven experience in project management, especially in construction or similar fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
- Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
