**Qualifications:**

• Associate’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or related science field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of scientific instruments. Prior experience with specific product lines highly regarded.
• Exceptional ability to perform detailed system level troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven system-level problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of making independent decisions while managing time effectively.
• Clean driving license and valid passport required for regular travel within your designated territory, including occasional overnight trips.
