Intake / Customer relations administrator
Responsible for tasks as the supervisor or supervising attorney may delegate including, but not limited to :
- Assist Front Desk with calls and in person clients
- Scheduling meetings.
- Maintaining attorney calendars
- Opening new client files
- Prepare and track renewals
- Answering phones and conducting client intake
- Lead follow up
- Scanning files and documents
- Corresponding with clients and financial institutions
- Comprehensive review of client files to ensure completeness
- Preparing correspondence, case information, and other administrative tasks as requested by Attorneys and supervisor.
