We are seeking a highly efficient and organized individual to join our team as an IP Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring filing deadlines for US and foreign patent applications
• Assisting with preparation and filing of patent and post-grant proceeding documents
• Maintaining electronic and paper files, client preferences, and contacts
• Coordinating file transfers and balancing team workload
• Providing administrative support to assigned legal team, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
• Interacting professionally with internal and external parties
• Assisting with non-client matters and pro bono work
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of IP support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
