Labor & Employment Counsel – San Francisco, CA
Location : San Francisco, CA
A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Counsel to join its San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment attorney to work on a wide range of litigation matters, including class actions and PAGA cases, while also counseling clients on federal and state employment laws.
Key Responsibilities :
- Defend single-plaintiff litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and reasonable accommodation cases.
- Handle PAGA and class action litigation.
- Manage cases independently from start to finish, including discovery, depositions, and motions.
- Counsel clients on employment law compliance at both state and federal levels.
- Take and defend depositions, including plaintiffs and corporate witnesses.
- Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions.
