**Key Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in injection molding/extrusion manufacturing.
• Demonstrable success in managing maintenance and tooling operations.
• Deep understanding of injection molding/extrusion processes and equipment.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and experience with project management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
