- Key Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in injection molding / extrusion manufacturing.
- Demonstrable success in managing maintenance and tooling operations.
- Deep understanding of injection molding / extrusion processes and equipment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and experience with project management.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
