**Key Responsibilities:**

• Support day-to-day operations, focusing on production and operations support.
• Provide mechanical or electrical assistance for repairs and troubleshooting.
• Lead diagnostics on mechanical/electrical malfunctions and support plant shut-down maintenance work.
• Work with gear motors, PLCs, hydraulics, and more.
• Conduct inspections, repairs, improvements, and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Continuously monitor production lines to identify and implement process improvements.
• Must have experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
  
  

**Required Skills & Experience:**

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical school certification or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for internet searches and emailing.
• Familiarity with Lock-Out Tag-Out, Hot Work, and Confined Space procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, lift up to 50 lbs, and use ladders comfortably.
