**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support day-to-day operations, focusing on production and operations support.
- Provide mechanical or electrical assistance for repairs and troubleshooting.
- Lead diagnostics on mechanical/electrical malfunctions and support plant shut-down maintenance work.
- Work with gear motors, PLCs, hydraulics, and more.
- Conduct inspections, repairs, improvements, and preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Continuously monitor production lines to identify and implement process improvements.
- Must have experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical school certification or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills for internet searches and emailing.
- Familiarity with Lock-Out Tag-Out, Hot Work, and Confined Space procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, lift up to 50 lbs, and use ladders comfortably.
