Maintenance Supervisor
Large industrial plant has an immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and provide direction to the maintenance crew on the shift.
Needed
- 6 years of experience in a heavy industrial plant, ideally having had hands on experience working as a Technician
- A minimum of 5 years' proficiency with CMMS
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to successfully oversee the techs on the shift
- Skillful in responding calmly to urgent issues, and crafting effective action plans.
- Top-notch communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities enabling swift decision-making.
- A minimum of 5 years' proficiency with CMMS
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to successfully oversee the techs on the shift
- Skillful in responding calmly to urgent issues, and crafting effective action plans.
- Top-notch communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities enabling swift decision-making.
- Ability to work a 7 days on / 7 days off shift schedule (12 hour shifts)
