Manager, Project Manager Office

Candidates will need an Engineer background dealing with industrial manufacturing and have 5 years of project manager experience in industrial manufacturing. KPI Reporting experience is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of project managers.
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, sales, and marketing, to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Conduct regular project reviews and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct project status meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and incorporate best practices into future projects.
- Monitor and track project progress and lead the project team throughout the project lifecycle (design, fabrication installation).
