- BS in Construction Management or Engineering
- Ability to read and take-off the following systems : fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, telecommunication, BMS, security and fire alarm;
- Mechanical system knowledge-Provide design, problem solving and cost effective solutions for clients and potential clients.
- Proficient reading and understanding mechanical / architectural drawings
- Experience in estimating / project management experience (Process Piping / HVAC / Plumbing).
