Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys with case management, including preparing and filing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and demand letters.
- Conduct client intake interviews and maintain regular communication to provide case updates.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation (medical records, evidence, correspondence) is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel to schedule appointments, depositions, and hearings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support the team with legal research and case preparation as needed.
