Process Engineer

Process Engineer candidates will be part of a high performing team, and must come in with 5 years of work experience chemical engineering principles (thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer) and work in an environment of hydrogen liquefaction, helium processing and liquefaction, natural gas liquefaction, and / or air separation.
Responsibilities
- Development of process cycles, simulations and heat & material balances
- Conception and management of PFDs and P&IDs
- Hazards & Operability Analysis
- Develop Control Narratives and Cause & Effect Diagrams
- Assist with Plant Commissioning, Start-up and Operating Manuals
- Plant Start-Up, Troubleshooting and Performance Tests
- Vessel sizing, line sizing, hydraulic evaluations, control valve sizing and relief valve sizing
- New project proposal development
