**Key Qualifications:**

• Proven experience (3 years) in category management and direct purchasing within the Produce industry.
• Expertise in the “4 Ps” – Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.
• Strong communication skills, capable of mentoring team members and facilitating educational sessions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrable negotiation skills and a self-starter attitude to establish and achieve priorities and goals.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments including Sales, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations for seamless operations.
