**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and coordinate project plans for various assignments.
• Supervise and maintain project budgets efficiently.
• Lead and organize survey teams.
• Direct and manage survey operations and activities.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships through proactive communication.
  
  

**Qualifications:**

• 5–10 years of experience in land surveying.
• New York or New Jersey license required
• Skilled in Carlson 2018, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
• Excellent communication capabilities.
• Competence in interpreting civil, architectural, and structural plans.
• Accuracy in boundary evidence examination and survey resolution.
• Expertise in construction layout computations.
